eClaris reduces large document populations to smaller sets using search terms and/or de-duplication techniques (MD5, SHA-1 and/or Metadata). We search the full text of files and their embedded documents to narrow down a data set for review based on file-level attributes and criteria.

• Metadata and Text Extraction

eClaris extracts metadata and text information on more than 400 files formats. Our processes preserve the legal significance and context of data relationships between “parent” files and “child” attachments. The extracted metadata and text is stored for advanced searching and filtering.
