Jacques Nack Ngue has almost a decade of experience in complex network infrastructure, database design and software development. He has served as project manager on multi-national cases for both AmLaw 200 law firms and Fortune 500 companies.

As partner and lead eDiscovery specialist for eClaris, a premier eDiscovery consulting firm, Nack Ngue developed and wrote CaseSafe, a document repository software for complex litigation.

In addition and more recently, Nack Ngue helped launch a revolutionary eDiscovery portal, www.eclaris.com, which allows clients to initiate, manage and track their eDiscovery efforts at all hours of the day from any Internet connection via a web browser. 

Nack Ngue is fluent in six languages, including French and German, and is a member of the Information System Audit and Control Association.

Stan Gibson is an experienced trial lawyer, who has focused on high-stakes cases involving complicated technology.
In 1998, Stan obtained a $16.7 million arbitration award after a six-month arbitration that involved the engineering and design of direct broadcast satellites and satellite launch vehicles.

In 2001, Stan tried to a jury Intraspace v. Lockheed Martin/Loral in San Jose and obtained a $8.5 million verdict for the client.

With an aptitude for technology, Stan went on to handle complex cases involving technology in the fields of computerized telescopes, automotive design, Internet search engines, exercise equipment and medical devices, among others.

Stan recently was one of the principal trial lawyers in Medtronic v. Michelson, in which his client Dr. Gary Michelson won $570 million after a multi-month jury trial in Memphis, Tennessee. The case was resolved as part of a $1.35 billion dollar acquisition of the Michelson patent portfolio, which the L.A. Times reported as the largest acquisition of patents in history.

Mr. Tashman has been providing technology solutions to the legal and corporate business communities since 1986.   Initially focused on the design and implementation of local and wide area network systems, he has steadily progressed and gained experience in business focused vertical systems and applications such as large scale Enterprise Storage Systems (SANS), Enterprise Network Management Applications (HP Openview, CA Unicenter), and, Information Security solutions.

Over the last five years he has been responsible for business development within OnlineSecurity’s Computer Forensics practice including the education of the firm’s legal clientele.

Mr. Tashman believes that successful client solutions emanate from a fundamental understanding of the client’s business and this philosophy has driven a successful history of long term business relationships.
