I’m new to this. How do I benefit from eClaris’ Affiliate Program?
You will benefit by being able to offer eClaris’ eDiscovery services. This will allow your company to expand its own market presence by being able to accept more jobs. In addition, you may receive monetary incentives as set forth below.
Are there different levels?
Yes.
A. Silver Level:
• eClaris may lend basic marketing and sales assistance to support your effort to promote eClaris by providing informative materials and effective selling techniques.
• Silver partners do not receive a dedicated project manager and branding opportunities.
• Silver partners are not required to dedicate an account executive to promoting eClaris.
• Silver partners must give eClaris a certain amount of gigabytes of business per month.
B. Gold Level:
• eClaris may lend expanded marketing and sales assistance to support your effort to promote eClaris by providing informative materials and effective selling techniques. Expanded marketing and sales assistance includes webinar creation.
• Gold partners receive 1 dedicated eClaris project manager.
• Gold partners do not receive any branding opportunities.
• Gold partners must dedicate 1 account executive to promoting eClaris. The account executive will be trained by eClaris.
• Gold partners must give eClaris a certain amount of gigabytes of business per month.
C. Platinum Level:
• eClaris may lend premium marketing and sales assistance to support your effort to promote eClaris by providing informative materials and effective selling techniques. Premium marketing and sales assistance includes webinar creation and tradeshow coordination.
• Platinum partners receive 2 dedicated eClaris project managers.
• Platinum partners receive branding opportunities. Platinum partners will have their logo substituted for the eClaris logo on the eClaris online procurement website.
• Platinum partners must dedicate 2 account executives to promoting eClaris. These account executives will be trained by eClaris.
• Platinum partners must give eClaris a certain amount of gigabytes of business per month.

Are all companies eligible?
Yes. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Can I support other affiliate links on my site?
Yes, there is no exclusivity requirement to partner as an affiliate with us.
If my friend becomes an affiliate, do I get part of those sales, too?
No, we pay only one affiliate per sale.
What if I operate multiple companies?
