ECLARIS CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICY
eClaris LLC provides free, person-to-person support for its services.
Liability Statement
If you request the customer support staff from eClaris LLC to assist you in an eDiscovery
matter that is perceived to be related to eClaris LLC or one of its affiliated partners,
you agree that eClaris LLC is not liable for any damage to your electronic data
as a result of providing that support either directly or through actions taken by
you that are attributable to advice provided by eClaris, LLC. You further agree
that in the course of providing this customer support, should eClaris, LLC become
witness to any materials that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute
a criminal offense, or is otherwise unlawful, eClaris, LLC may without further recourse
report such incident to the appropriate authorities.
