Jacques Nack Ngue, CISA Founder and President

Jacques Nack Ngue has almost a decade of experience in complex network infrastructure, database design and software development. He has served as project manager on multi-national cases for both AmLaw 200 law firms and Fortune 500 companies. As the Founder of eClaris, a premier eDiscovery consultancy and service provider, Nack Ngue developed and wrote CaseSafe, document repository software for complex litigation. Jacques is a graduate of the University of Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senegal and holds several information technology certifications. He is fluent in six languages, including French and German, and is a member of the Information System Audit and Control Association.

Carl has nearly 50 years of experience working in both information technology and finance. He worked for IBM and several major companies, as Director of IT, before establishing his own tax, consulting and property management firm, Omega Management Services in 1984. Throughout his career Carl has shown excellence in managing all aspects of company financial operations in delivering value to his clients. Michael Swarz currently serves as VP of Marketing and Operations for eClaris, Inc. eClaris is an electronic discovery consultancy and service provider dedicated to helping law firms and corporations classify, process and review electronically stored information. Michael is well versed in the state and federal laws that relate to electronic discovery and has written extensively on the subject. His recent article, The Evolution of eDiscovery Sanctions, provides a guide to the penalties a court can impose on those abusing the discovery process and has been published by the American Bar Association. Michael is a graduate of both Brandeis University and New England Law in Boston.

Chirayu Parikh Systems Analyst

Chirayu has invaluable experience working with computer networks, most recently as a Network Engineer for Magnum Networks. There he monitored network tools and WAN support along with vendor ISP coordination in case of outages. He was also responsible for providing requirement analysis and various status reports. Throughout his career Chirayu has shown the ability to master programming languages, network tools, operating systems and network protocols. He is a graduate of the University of Mumbai, India with a B.E. in Electronics and from the University of Southern California with a MSEE in Computer Networks. Wilfred has over a decade of experience in information technology, most recently as a Data Storage Technician at Arena Maxtronic, Inc. Prior to Arena Maxtronic, Inc. he served as IT Manager at Webhost4life.com where he supervised 8 IT technicians. Throughout his career Wilfred has proven to be a results-driven professional with in depth expertise in technical implementation, analysis, optimization and troubleshooting. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a BA in Social Studies. Wilfred is currently pursuing the CCENT – ISDN1 Certification.
