Jacques Nack Ngue, CISA, Founder
and President

Jacques Nack Ngue has almost a decade of experience in complex network infrastructure,
database design and software development. He has served as project manager on multi-national
cases for both AmLaw 200 law firms and Fortune 500 companies. As the Founder of
eClaris, a premier eDiscovery consultancy and service provider, Nack Ngue developed
and wrote CaseSafe, document repository software for complex litigation. Jacques
is a graduate of the University of Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senegal and holds
several information technology certifications. He is fluent in six languages, including
French and German, and is a member of the Information System Audit and Control Association.
Michael Swarz, J.D., VP Marketing
and Operations

Michael Swarz currently serves as VP of Marketing and Operations for eClaris, Inc.
eClaris is an electronic discovery consultancy and service provider dedicated to
helping law firms and corporations classify, process and review electronically stored
information. Michael is well versed in the state and federal laws that relate to
electronic discovery and has written extensively on the subject. His recent article,
The Evolution of eDiscovery Sanctions,
provides a guide to the penalties a court can impose on those abusing the discovery
process and has been published by the American Bar Association. Michael is a graduate
of both Brandeis University and New England Law in Boston.
William Bautista, Senior IT
Consultant
William Bautista has over 10 years of experience in Information Technology, very
recently assisting in the design and implementation of a highly available data center
for Guidance Software, a major Computer Forensic Software Development Company. William’s
expertise extends beyond network infrastructure design. He also is experienced in
the development of the first document imaging application for a Fortune 500 company
and implemented the first Data Warehouse for Cigna Healthcare of California, a leading
Healthcare Insurance Company on the West Coast. His main interest in developing
a secured computing platform will help eClaris, Inc. develop and deliver a highly
secured eDiscovery platform and carry out the company’s vision of being a leader
in building synergy and promoting efficiency in the eDiscovery process. He is a
graduate of California State University of Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Information Technology.
David Ray, J.D., LL.M., Esq., Senior
eDiscovery Consultant
David Ray is both an attorney and information technology expert with over a decade
of experience ranging from software development to strategic business consulting.
Prior to law school, Ray served as vice president of technology for Digitas LLC,
a worldwide interactive marketing and technology services organization whose clients
included Fortune 100 companies such as Ericsson, Dell, Morgan Stanley, General Motors
and American Express. In this role, he designed interactive technology solutions
to meet global growth needs for clients in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining
eClaris, David served as senior manager of consulting with Fios, a tier one electronic
discovery service provider, where he assisted corporations and law firms develop
policies and procedures to reduce both the cost and risk associated with discovery.
He holds a JD, cum laude, from Syracuse and an LL.M. in intellectual property from
the University of Washington.
Jeff Steve, Esq., Senior eDiscovery
Consultant
Jeff Steve has 18 years of experience in litigation technology, most recently as
West Coast Litigation Support Analyst at Seyfath Shaw. In that capacity he consulted
attorneys, staff and clients on current eDiscovery litigation technologies, project
management and cost analysis. He was also responsible for designing and implementing
firm support infrastructure and managing vendors. Before Seyfarth Shaw he contributed
to Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold as a Litigation Support Manager where set up the
firm-wide litigation support infrastructure and created a Litigation Support Group
of analysts. Jeff has also acted as a private consultant for law firms helping to
set up electronic litigation support systems for review, production and trial support.
He is a graduate of University of Oregon School of Law.
Domenick Sannuti, eDiscovery
Consultant
Domenick Sannuti has been successfully advancing his client’s electronic discovery
needs for close to a decade. Beginning with Merrill Corporation as an account manager,
Domenick has continually sought to increase his knowledge and range into the complex
world of e-discovery. Furthering his skills through roles with Access Litigation
and Electronic Evidence Discovery, Domenick has successfully advanced his career
in the industry. His command of technology and his consultative sales skills make
him a valuable asset in his Regional Consultant role with eClaris. Domenick’s connection
with a client base in the AmLaw 200 and Fortune 500 corporate legal communities
has been furthered by his commitment to client service, ethicality, and a genuine
desire to understand his client’s needs. Domenick is a graduate of Temple University
in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
